Private somatic advisory for senior women executives
Reclaim Your Authority Under Pressure.
Your nervous system has already decided before strategy gets a vote.
When the stakes rise, even highly capable leaders can become reactive,
over-controlled, accommodating, or disconnected from their authority.
I work at the level beneath strategy—where those patterns are formed.
Recognition
You have
earned
your position.
Your judgment has been tested and holds. Your record is not in question.
And yet — in the meeting that matters most, you brace before you speak. The decision you already know sits longer than it should. You withdraw where you used to lean in.
You have done the leadership development. The executive presence. The communication programs. They brought you here. They will not take you further.
As your responsibility rises, so does the pressure. Decisions slow. Boundaries soften. The trust between you and your team costs more than it used to.
This is not a capability problem.
It is the layer beneath it, showing itself under pressure.
Transformation here is
not incremental.
It is structural.
before:
Holding it together.
- Performing confidence while bracing inside
- Recovery time after hard days keeps lengthening
- Thinking your way through patterns held in the body
- Shrinking in rooms you’ve already earned
- More discipline, more effort — same ceiling
AFTER:
Leading from the body.
- Grounded before the meeting begins
- Boundaries that hold without defense
- Presence others feel — without effort from you
- Authority that no longer costs you to carry
- Decisions that stay sound when the timeline compresses
The Private Advisory
One-to-one.
By application.
A private container held over months, not weeks. Small in number, precise in shape, entirely bespoke to the leadership in front of me. Not a framework. Not a set of tools. A structural change in what your body does under pressure, held privately and precisely. the structural work of forming embodied authority in the body, at the layer executive education and leadership coaching cannot reach.
Deep, confidential work for women whose level of responsibility makes the cost of staying in old patterns too high.
About me
Hi, I’m Maja. I hold a PhD in Organizational Sciences, and am a former head of department at 27 in a defense and research institution, with twenty years of leadership formation across academia, research, and somatic practice. I do not work from theory — I rebuilt my own leadership from the ground up after a brain injury, and discovered that six months of somatic work delivered what six years of cognitive approaches could not. That is what makes my somatic advisory precise, embodied, and built for real pressure.
The space is discreet, structurally precise, steady, and without judgment.
The women I work with leave with a different relationship to pressure — where authority holds, and their presence no longer comes at a cost.”
