About me

ICF-trained coach with a PhD in Organizational Sciences and over 20 years of experience mentoring women in high-pressure environments. I don’t coach from theory — I rebuilt my own leadership from the ground up after a brain injury. That’s what makes my somatic leadership coaching precise, embodied, and built for real pressure.
