The Methodology
Embodied
Authority.
A structural framework.
Most leadership programs teach behavior. This one teaches the
structure underneath — where authority is actually formed, held,
and lost. Built from twenty years of work with senior women under
sustained pressure.

01 — Beneath behavior
Below where
strategy lives.
Authority is not what you say or how you stand. It is what your nervous system has already decided in the second before you act. This framework works at that second — beneath behavior, before mindset, where the pattern actually runs.
02 — Through the body
The body is
the architecture.
Authority is built, held, and lost in the body. Not as metaphor — as structure. The nervous system has rooms, thresholds, ceilings. The framework maps them, and facilitates transformation of 6 levels of somatic and embodied work.
03 — As baseline
Not a state
to reach for.
When the structure is built, authority is not something you perform under pressure. It is the level you operate from. The foundation how you meet each high-stake moment. Pressure no longer threatens it — it reveals it.
The embodied authority methodology
Built sequentially, encompassing six levels
of somatic and embodied integration.

Over 20 years of mentoring women in high-pressure environments. A PhD in Organizational Sciences. ICF-trained. And my own leadership rebuilt from the ground up after a brain injury.
This is not theory. It is precise, somatic, and built for real pressure — the kind that shows up in your body before strategy can reach it.
The leaders I work with leave with a different relationship to pressure. Authority that holds. Decisions that don’t accelerate when the stakes rise. Presence that lands before they name it.
