Resilience braces under pressure.
Embodied authority transforms your relationship with it.
The shift

Authority that no longer
costs you to carry.

  • A different relationship with pressure entirely
“The biggest shift has been recognizing how often I used pressure, urgency, and pushing to avoid discomfort or uncertainty. Now, instead of forcing outcomes, I’m able to stay grounded, communicate expectations clearly, give feedback more effectively, and lead without treating everything like an emergency.”

Meet Maja

A PhD in Organizational Sciences. Former head of department at 27 in a defense and research institution. Over twenty years of leadership formation across academia, research, and somatic practice. ICF trained. And my own leadership rebuilt from the ground up after a brain injury.

This is not theory. It is precise, somatic, and built for real pressure — the kind that shows up in your body before strategy can reach it.

The leaders I work with leave with a different relationship to pressure. Authority that holds. Decisions that do not accelerate when the stakes rise. Presence that lands before they name it.
